Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage.
This service includes tracking from our facility to your delivery address.

Where We Ship From

All VytaDoc orders ship from Florida, USA.

Estimated Transit Time

USPS Ground Advantage delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Transit times are estimates and may vary once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • Package weight

  • Real-time USPS pricing

We do not add handling or extra fees.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
If you don’t see the tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around your home/building and with neighbors.

  2. Confirm the address in your order confirmation.

  3. Contact USPS, as they can provide delivery scan details.

If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist however we can.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
We currently ship within the United States only.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During peak holiday periods, USPS may experience shipping delays outside of our control.
We recommend ordering early if you need your items by a specific date.
