Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product meets all conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

To maintain product integrity and comply with U.S. laws and FDA regulations for resale of ingestible goods, returned dietary supplements must meet all of the following criteria:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The seal and safety liner must be fully intact and show no signs of tampering.

  • The product must not be damaged, compromised, or exposed to improper storage conditions.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products that are opened, partially used, tampered with, or not in resellable condition under FDA guidelines cannot be returned or refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items showing signs of tampering

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

These rules ensure that no returned ingestible product is ever resold unless it fully complies with FDA standards for product integrity.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • VytaDoc is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, our team will inspect it to confirm that:

  • The product is unopened and sealed

  • The packaging is intact and untampered

  • The item is eligible for resale under U.S. and FDA regulations

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not get a response from us within 15 business days, please reach out to us at vytadoc@gmail.com

If the item does not meet eligibility criteria, we will notify you and no refund will be issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
